SOUVENIR PHOTOGRAPHS Faces smiling in photographs, souvenirs, and is it I wonder the group spirit that commands the smile, a reflex, or something more: A need, and, chemical reactions. Two: on our face and our brain Two: on the photograph paper and then up on the wall or inside the album with the dust that eternalizes us for the years to come in homes and in drawers. I light a cigarette and I look at them. I eternalize the repetition of a movement that will be modified but how much will it actually change? |
